Chamber music
Option taught by Agnès Sulem, 1st Violin of the Rosamonde Quartet, Professor at CNSMD Lyon.
Chamber music practice is fundamental to the musical development of every instrumental student.
Beyond simply “playing together,” its teaching aims to deepen the art of listening, helping each instrumentalist play their own part while serving the overall piece. It establishes the foundations for a musician’s development in building a musical project: polyphonic reading and listening, harmonic awareness, intonation work, collective rhythmic coordination, tonal blending, stylistic research, and instrumental technique enhancement.
Preparation for competitions and concerts, deepening of specific repertoires or musical styles (Classical style, Romantic repertoire, Second Viennese School, French music, 20th-century classics, contemporary repertoire, etc.).
For any inquiries regarding your registration, you may contact Agnès Sulem by email.
Optional fee: €120 per session
This course can also be offered in a masterclass format (private lesson for a group).
Fee: €730 per group, registration under one person’s name.
