All the essential information to prepare your arrival and stay at the Academy.
Monday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm in the Conservatory hall — attendance is mandatory.
A bracelet will be given to you: it provides access to the cafeteria and Nice Classic Festival concerts.
Your first meeting with your teacher is Monday at 2:00 pm (unless otherwise notified by email). The classroom is posted in the hall.
The Conservatory and the university residence are secure establishments, but the Academy does not control students' schedules and journeys.
If you accompany your child to Nice, register as a minor accompanist (€109 per week) to access the Conservatory and meals.
Mandatory document: a disclaimer signed by the legal representative must be sent by email to registration@aien.fr before arrival. It will be requested at the entrance of the Conservatory.

A studio number is assigned to you each week (posted in the hall). Access from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, from Sunday afternoon (Monday morning for the first session).
Studios are shared: a schedule is posted on each door, to be filled in fairly in agreement with all occupants.
Free access to all concerts (teachers and guest artists) throughout the period. Entry after the public, seats subject to availability.
Lunchtime concerts at the Musée Matisse: limited capacity — only 10 seats per concert. Reserve for free at registration@aien.fr.
Student concert: every Saturday at 6 pm on the Festival stage. Register with your teacher.
All meals are taken at the Conservatory, except breakfasts and dinners for students staying at Clairvallon residence.
Saturday dinner (concert evening) is served at the cloister of the monastery of Cimiez.
Laundry, groceries, photocopies, transport: all detailed addresses in the PDF document.
Available options: keyboard harmonization, chamber music, professional video mockup. Contact: registration@aien.fr.
Accompanying pianists: 2 hours included (3 hours for singers). Extra hours available as an option (€30/hour). Send your program at least 3 weeks in advance.
Diploma: awarded on Saturday at 2:00 pm, attendance is mandatory. No diploma will be sent by mail.
Courses are tailored to the development of intermediate and advanced students, with no age limit. They allow preparation for international competitions as well as entry into higher conservatories of music and major universities. Passionate high-level amateurs may also participate in the programme.
From Monday, starting at 8:30 AM, participants must go to the Academy office located in the reception hall of the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Nice (CRR), 127 avenue de Brancolar, with their registration and payment receipts. In case of dispute, only these documents shall be considered valid.
Included are registration fees, tuition with the teacher (subject to acceptance of the application), a minimum of 4 lessons during the session, access to individual practice studios (minimum 3 hours per day), an accompanist for non-pianists (2 hours per session), participation in a student concert selected by the teacher, the opportunity to attend all classes (with teachers' consent), free access to all festival concerts, lunches and afternoon snacks at the conservatory from Monday to Saturday.

Lunch is included in the Master Class registration fees for 6 days from Monday, except for dancers (lunches are optional). Breakfast and dinner are included in accommodation packages from your arrival on Sunday evening.

Register directly online on our website. The registration deadline is June 30.
Payments are made through the secure HelloAsso platform, which acts as a payment service provider for the Academy. HelloAsso's terms of use also apply. Payment must accompany registration.
1) Master Class and Enhanced Programme
Payment in three instalments is possible for any registration made before May 1. The first instalment is due immediately, by credit card only. From May 1 onwards, payment must be made in a single instalment, by credit card.
2) Dance, options, accommodation, meals added after registration
Payment must be made in full, immediately and by credit card only. The application is processed upon payment validation.
In case of cancellation by a registered participant before June 30, the Académie Internationale d'Été de Nice will only accept refunds upon presentation of a medical certificate or irrefutable proof of the impossibility for the person to attend.
After June 30, any stay that is cancelled, interrupted or shortened by the student will not give rise to any refund or postponement. Fees paid are systematically retained by AIEN, except in cases of force majeure. No refund will be issued.
Options are final at the time of registration and non-refundable as the Academy must secure these options with third parties.
The Academy reserves the right, in the event of external circumstances beyond its control, unavailability of one or more teachers, or insufficient participants, to cancel all or part of the programme. Amounts paid will then be refunded, excluding any compensation. Participants leaving the programme without valid reason will not be entitled to any refund. This also applies to options, accommodation and meals.
In case of dispute, only the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Nice shall have jurisdiction.
